cp command
Hello,
I am just a new born baby to UNIX...and I need some help to copy a particular man command. Can anybody help me here please.

I want to copy man ls to a file called ls-man

I have tried
Code:
cp man ls > ls-man

but no success.

That may leave formatting characters in that you may prefer to not have. If so try:
man ls | col -b > ls-man
