NAME
       pbmtopi3 - convert a portable bitmap into an Atari Degas .pi3 file

SYNOPSIS
       pbmtopi3 [pbmfile]

DESCRIPTION
       Reads a portable bitmap as input.  Produces an Atari Degas .pi3 file as output.
