       get_clip_state - Tells if clipping is on for a bitmap. Allegro game programming library.

SYNOPSIS

       int get_clip_state(BITMAP *bitmap)

DESCRIPTION

       Returns non-zero if clipping is turned on for the specified bitmap and zero otherwise.
