NAME
smfi_settimeout() - sets the sendmail connection timeout value of a filter
SYNOPSIS
PARAMETERS
otimeout Specifies the number of seconds to wait before timing out a socket. The otimeout value must be greater than 0 (zero) second. A timeout value of 0 (zero) second means not to wait indefinitely.
DESCRIPTION
The routine sets number of seconds after which the must close a socket connection before timing out a socket. If is not called, a default timeout value of 7210 seconds is used. The routine must be called only before calling the function.
