[library] ...DESCRIPTIONis one of a family of routines that give the user direct access to the dynamic linking facilities (using the option on the compiler or com- mand line). returns a null-terminated character string (with no trailing newline) that describes the last error that occurred during dynamic linking processing. If no dynamic linking errors have occurred since the last invocation of returns NULL. Thus, invoking second time, immediately following a prior invocation, results in NULL being returned.MULTITHREAD USAGEThis routine is thread-safe.WARNINGSThe messages returned by may reside in a static buffer that is overwritten on each call to Application code should not write to this buf- fer.
