XEmptyRegion()															    XEmptyRegion()

Name
  XEmptyRegion - determine if a region is empty.

Synopsis
  Bool XEmptyRegion(r)
	Region r;

Arguments
  r	    Specifies the region to be checked.

Returns
  True if it's empty, else False.

Description
  XEmptyRegion() will return True if the specified region is empty, or False otherwise.

Structures
  Region is a pointer to an opaque structure type.
