tally.unwanted - keep track of unwanted newsgroups.
SYNOPSIS
tally.unwanted
DECSRIPTION
tally.unwanted is normally invoked by scanlogs(8). It parses the article log file to update the cumulative list of articles posted to unwanted newsgroups, unwanted.log.
