NAME
       SOAP::WSDL::Expat::Base - Base class for XML::Parser::Expat based XML parsers

DESCRIPTION
       Base class for XML::Parser::Expat based XML parsers. All XML::SAX::Expat based parsers in SOAP::WSDL inherit from this class.

AUTHOR
       Replace the whitespace by @ for E-Mail Address.
