NAME
       RunApp::Control::ApacheCtl - Class for invoking apachectl

SYNOPSIS
	see RunApp::Apache

DESCRIPTION
       The class writes to the apachectl-style control file with Template in the "build" phase of RunApp, and invokes it in other phases.
