SYNOPSIS
       In you "Makefile.PL":

	   use inc::Module::Package <options>;

DESCRIPTION
       This is the Module::Package bootstrapping module.  It works something like inc::Module::Install.  This bootstrap module should only be
       loaded in an author environment.
