NAME
       Shell::Command - Cross-platform functions emulating common shell commands

SYNOPSIS
	 use Shell::Command;

	 mv $old_file, $new_file;
	 cp $old_file, $new_file;
	 touch @files;

DESCRIPTION
       Thin wrapper around "ExtUtils::Command". See ExtUtils::Command for a description of available commands.
