NAME
       Color::Library::Dictionary::Windows - (Windows) Colors from the Windows system palette

DESCRIPTION
       Static colors. Twenty colors found in the [Windows] system palette that cannot be set by an application. Sixteen of these colors are common
       across all color displays.
