ARGUMENTS
       p_xmin (PLFLT *, output)
	      Lower viewport limit of the world coordinate in x.

       p_ymin (PLFLT *, output)
	      Lower viewport limit of the world coordinate in y.

       p_ymax (PLFLT *, output)
	      Upper viewport limit of the world coordinate in y.
