mplist - Create a property list object.
SYNOPSIS
MPlist* mplist (void)
DESCRIPTION
Create a property list object. The mplist() function returns a newly created property list object of length zero.
RETURN VALUE
This function returns a newly created property list.
ERRORS
This function never fails.
