NAME
       IO::getInt - Get a binary integer from a file.

SYNOPSIS
       Int getInt( File handle )

ARGUMENTS
       handle A readable file handle

DESCRIPTION
       Retrieves the next four bytes from the file, and converts them to an integer, most significant byte first.
