NAME
WebCommon::urlDecode - URL decode a string
SYNOPSIS
String urlDecode( String x )
ARGUMENTS
x The string to decode
DESCRIPTION
URL decode a string. This reverses the effect of WebCommon.urlEncode(3kaya) This processing is already done by Kaya when handling GET and POST data, and so it is not necessary (and will usually cause data errors) to use this function on data from these sources.
