NAME
       Net::pending - Return whether data is waiting at a socket.

SYNOPSIS
       Bool pending( NetHandle h, Int timeout=5 )

ARGUMENTS
       h The connection

       timeout The number of seconds to wait for data before timing out (defaults to five)

DESCRIPTION
       Return whether data is waiting at a socket, returning true if so, and returning false if there is still no data after the timeout period.
