NAME
       Net::microPending - Return whether data is waiting at a socket.

SYNOPSIS
       Bool microPending( NetHandle h, Int timeout=100 )

ARGUMENTS
       h The connection

       timeout The number of microseconds to wait for data before timing out (defaults to 100)

DESCRIPTION
       Return whether data is waiting at a socket, returning true if so, and returning false if there is still no data after the timeout period.
