NAME
IO::putStr - Write a string to a binary file
SYNOPSIS
Void putStr( File h, String s )
ARGUMENTS
h A writable or appendable file handle s The string to write
DESCRIPTION
Write a string (including NULL termination) to a binary file. The string will be written to the file in UTF-8 encoding.
