NAME
       vf_find_charset - vf_find_charset()

SYNOPSIS
       #include <../vformat/vf_iface.h>

       extern const char *vf_find_charset(VF_PROP_T *p_prop);

PARAMETERS
       VF_PROP_T *p_prop
	      The property we're querying.

DESCRIPTION
       Locate the CHARSET property which indicates the character encoding in use - which indicates how the octet stream encoded in the VCARD is to
       be decoded into characters.

RETURNS
       Pointer to character encoding name eg. "UTF-8".
