ARGUMENTS
       Shishi_tkt * tkt
		   structure that holds information about Ticket exchange

       Shishi_asn1 enckdcreppart
		   EncKDCRepPart to store in Ticket.

DESCRIPTION
       Set the EncKDCRepPart in the Ticket.
