Shishi_tgs * tgs structure that holds information about TGS exchange
DESCRIPTION
Get the TGS-REQ from TGS exchange.
RETURN VALUE
Returns the generated TGS-REQ from the TGS exchange, or NULL if not yet set or an error occured.
