firestring_estr_starts - check case-insensitively if an estring starts with a string
SYNOPSIS
#include <firestring.h> -lfirestring int firestring_estr_starts(struct firestring_estr_t *estring, const char *string)
DESCRIPTION
firestring_estr_starts() checks case-insensitively if string appears at the beginning of estring.
RETURN VALUE
0 on success; 1 on failure.
