firestring_estr_estristr - search for an estring case-insensitively in an estring
SYNOPSIS
#include <firestring.h> -lfirestring int firestring_estr_estristr(struct firestring_estr_t *haystack, struct firestring_estr_t *needle, const int start)
DESCRIPTION
firestring_estr_estristr() searches haystack case-insensitively from the index start to the end of the string for the estring needle.
RETURN VALUE
The index of the beginning of the string on success; -1 if the string did not occur in the range.
