SYNOPSIS
#include <firestring.h> -lfirestring int firestring_estr_estrcasecmp(struct firestring_estr_t *estring1, struct firestring_estr_t *estring2, int start)
DESCRIPTION
firestring_estr_estrcasecmp() compares estring1 from start on with estring2 case-insensitively.
RETURN VALUE
0 if the strings match; 1 if they do not.
