firestring_estr_estarts - check case-insensitively if an estring starts with an estring
SYNOPSIS
#include <firestring.h> -lfirestring int firestring_estr_starts(struct firestring_estr_t *estring, struct firestring_estr_t *needle)
DESCRIPTION
firestring_estr_starts() checks case-insensitively if needle appears at the beginning of estring.
RETURN VALUE
0 on success; 1 on failure.
