NAME
firestring_estr_aestrcat - concatentate an estring onto another estring, expanding the destination if necessary
SYNOPSIS
#include <firestring.h> -lfirestring int firestring_estr_aestrcat(struct firestring_estr_t *destination, struct firestring_estr_t *source, int start)
DESCRIPTION
firestring_estr_aestrcat() copys the contents of source from the index start onto the end of destination, expanding destination if neces- sary.
