NAME
       FcMatrixShear - Shear a matrix

SYNOPSIS
       #include <fontconfig.h>

       void FcMatrixShear (FcMatrix *matrix, double sh, double sv);

DESCRIPTION
       FcMatrixShare shears matrix horizontally by sh and vertically by sv.  This is done by multiplying by the matrix:

	 1  sh
	 sv  1
