NAME
       PX_get_minorversion -- returns the minor version number of the paradox library

SYNOPSIS
       #include <paradox.h>

       int PX_get_minorversion()

DESCRIPTION
       This function can be used to retrieve the minor version number of the paradox library.

       Returns minor version as integer.
