  NAME
      dr_watch - execute a program periodically, showing output fullscreen

  SYNOPSIS
      dr_watch command

  DESCRIPTION
      dr_watch runs command repeatedly, displaying its output. It is a simple and crude reimplementation of watch(1). Unlike watch as shipped with
      Linux procps, it will deal sane with non-ascii output (like UTF-8). (See also http://bugs.debian.org/240989.)

  ENVIRONMENT
      dr_watch honors integer DR_SLEEP: number of seconds.
