NAME
       dpsch-installpatch

USAGE
       dpsch-installpatch

DESCRIPTION
       This tools helps the system administrator to create configuration packages.  It takes the information in the debian/[$pkgname.]patch file
       and uses that information to get the file names of the patch files that should be installed to the corresponding package. Wildcards (*?)
       are allowed in the filenames to list multiple files.
