Path to pg_config?
I am trying to install DBD::Pg by a direct download and manual installation:

# perl Makefile.PL 
Configuring DBD::Pg 2.15.1
Path to pg_config?

The last question puzzles me a little since there is no pg_config file anywhere on the system. When pressing Enter, in an attempt to invoke a default, the system responds with:

The value of POSTGRES_INCLUDE points to a non-existent directory: /include
Cannot build unless the directories exist, exiting.

What can I do to install DBD::Pg?

why not you can do it & paste the result ?

Yep, then it means it is not there...

I've it here.,

Install using your package manager.

Thanks for your responses. I run FreeBSD and pg_config is not in the ports list. What would be a good way to install it?

If package is not there, then obviously you have to install from source ?!

Else, wait for advice on this topic from other experts ...
