ARGUMENTS
       rmidi
	   the rawmidi instance

       stream
	   the stream direction, SNDRV_RAWMIDI_STREAM_XXX

       ops
	   the operator table

DESCRIPTION
       Sets the rawmidi operators for the given stream direction.
