ARGUMENTS
       dev
	   the previous device, NULL to start

       link
	   ATA link containing devices to iterate

       mode
	   iteration mode, one of ATA_DITER_*

LOCKING
       Host lock or EH context.

RETURNS
       Pointer to the next device.
