aica_rtc_gettimeofday - Get the time from the AICA RTC
SYNOPSIS
void aica_rtc_gettimeofday(struct timespec * ts);
ARGUMENTS
ts pointer to resulting timespec
DESCRIPTION
Grabs the current RTC seconds counter and adjusts it to the Unix Epoch.
