SYNOPSIS
       void __insert_inode_hash(struct inode * inode, unsigned long hashval);

ARGUMENTS
       inode
	   unhashed inode

       hashval
	   unsigned long value used to locate this object in the inode_hashtable.

DESCRIPTION
       Add an inode to the inode hash for this superblock.
