SYNOPSIS
       ioscheduler_trace.unplug_io

VALUES
       name
	   Name of the probe point

       rq_queue
	   request queue

DESCRIPTION
       Either, when number of pending requests in the queue exceeds threshold or, upon expiration of timer that was activated when queue was
       plugged.
