PARAMETERS
      radius	  Radius of the cylinder.

      height	  Z height.

      slices	  Divisions around z axis.

      stacks	  Divisions along z axis.

DESCRIPTION
     glutSolidCylinder() draws a shaded cylinder, the center of whose base is at the origin and whose axis is along the positive z axis.
