RAND_cleanup - erase the PRNG state
SYNOPSIS
#include <openssl/rand.h> void RAND_cleanup(void);
DESCRIPTION
RAND_cleanup() erases the memory used by the PRNG.
RETURN VALUE
RAND_cleanup() returns no value.
