VNC/Fedora7 issue

Hi,

This has been extremely frustrating, and I need help figuring this one out!

I am running Fedora 7 on computer A, and am VNCing into it from my Mac using Chicken of the VNC. For Sarah, everything works fine. However for Bob, the toolbar along the top is missing and every application/window that is minimized disappears from view without anything showing up on the bottom taskbar.

I have tried replacing all .gnome files in Bob's profile with those in Sarah's. I have tried removing .Xauthority so it recreates it. I have removed all files in /tmp associated with Bob's username. I have removed every .something file in Bob's profile that Sarah doesn't have. Nothing has worked so far.

Please let me know any suggestions you have for things I can try. I tried a new user VNCing on computer A as well, and that worked as well, however many files are already associated with Bob's user account, so I'd rather not create a new user unless that is the only option.

Thanks so much for any advice you can provide!
