What changes did you make to your system that may have affected Firefox?

Have you tried removing and reinstalling Firefox?

I found that many issues I was having (mostly related to the VMWare MUI, but anyway) were fixed when I upgraded to Firefox 1.5

Cheers

If you open vi specify a path to a file that does not exist, vi will create a new, blank file at that location in the filesystem and open it.
