linux streaming server

Hello all,

I'm trying to put a camera inside a local coffee shop so my friends can outside my country can see it anytime. What I've done so far is :

- I have purchased VPS with really good connection
- Installed Adobe Flash Media Server

Now I've done audio streaming with winamp/shoutcast .. where you install software on server, start the streaming server then you turn music in your winamp connect on your server and any person can listen it via some ip listen.pls .. but I'm wondering what is procedure with streaming flash video/audio?I've done a server part I think, what is next how do I send the video to server. Can I embed the video sent to a website?

Thank you,
C
