TCP stream rebuild

If you have used snort to build a folder list of computers IP and their packets is there a tcp stream follow application that can be used to re-build the packets? Like ethereal?

I have never used snort, but according to the Snort FAQ:
Quote:
Stream4 is an entirely new preprocessor that preforms two functions:

1) Stateful inspection of TCP sessions
2) TCP stream reassembly
Click on that FAQ link for more info about stream4.
