Dev/urandom and dev/random missing in HP-UX

Hi,

In our HP-UX B.11.11. I could not find dev/urandom and dev/random

Are all pseudo-devices implemented as device drivers, or in need to run /configure some package to install the package to have dev/urandom.

Please help

Maybe it was available as a patch/package.
But lately I do not have access to HP-UX systems, discontinued my HPE account, and have forgotten many things...
You might want to have a look in the HP-UX forum, e.g. the HP-UX links at the top.
There are some links to HPE support.

There was a download in 2002. It tried the link for it - no longer active.

This is from 2007: for 11.3
random(7)

Just to be sure, you did mean /dev/random and /dev/urandom ?
