HP Prevent crash dump when SG cluster node reboots

Hi Experts,

I have configured HP-UX Service Guard cluster and it dumps crash every time i reboot a cluster node. Can anyone please help me to prevent these unnecessary crash dumps at the time of rebooting SG cluster node?

Thanks in advance.

How are you rebooting the node, is it with reboot command ?

Does the crash dump occur when you run :
Code:
shutdown -r -y 0

Yes i used "reboot" for rebooting the machine.

I just have tried "shutdown -r -y 0" and it went alright. It stopped necessary SG services first and then performed reboot. No crash dumped this time.

Great thanks Peasant.
