HP Vxfs mount: is corrupted. needs checking
Hi Gurus,
Please Help me to resolve below issue.

OS Version : HP-UX B.11.00 U 9000/800 62830930

When ever i try to mount following logical volumes, it throws me error.

Code:
mount -a
vxfs mount: /dev/datavg1/lvusr40 is corrupted. needs checking

What did you do?

Looks like someone changed (removed and added a new...) a disk without updating LVM configuration... your t1 is gone and now you have a t11 but unknown to the group...

OLT = Object Location Table

The metadata (filesystem data, not user data) on a Veritas Filesystem is stored with the user data on the same disk/volume/LV . The OLT is very important because it tells VxFS where to find all the inodes, or extents or ..... If this is missing, basically, your filesystem is dead. There is a backup copy, but seems like this is missing as well ...... and due to the fact that you are missing PVs out of your VG. If you can not find these PVs, you will have to restore the filesystem (sorry)
