Error while doing key based authentication

We are trying to do a key exchange from Sun solaris server to HP UNIX server. Errro we are getting is as below:-

Can you give OS version of both?

The server to which connection is being made is HP-UX gmcds3pa B.11.11 U 9000/800 468325625 unlimited-user license
and the server from which it is being made is SunOS 5.10 Generic_142909-17 sun4v sparc SUNW,T5240
