Error not receiving email

I've requested several passwords and they are not being sent to my email. My email is working - email address removed

I have copied your post to our moderators area. I removed your email address from this thread but it is still available in the moderator's area. Neo will need to check the mail system, I can't do that.

I set up a test user. I noticed that I did not go through email confirmation for the set up. Then I clicked on the lost password link. I very quickly got my lost password email. I do not believe that we have a email problem at our end.
