Unfortunately the TBU is an external, so my guess is that we're going to have to reset the box. DOH !!!

One of the Sys Admin guy's are taking a look at it today.

If the TBU is external, then I agree with Perderabo. Shutting down the power may abort the operation and it might be possible to reset the TBU from the OS.
