unix executable file problem on MAC OSX ??? please help
I've got this problem. My computers and external hard drives are converting many of my files to a Unix Executable File which has a grey terminal looking icon. I don't understand what is causing this to happen. It is happening to a large number of my image file of different formats and also system files like fonts. also the UEF icons are showing up randomly in folders for no reason.
please help me, anybody. chad

Try MuchoFileInfo (search for it on versiontracker.com).

I kept getting Unix Executable files instead of the mac file. I used MuchoFileInfo to change the creator and file type to the same (and correct) format. The icon didn't change, but the files worked after that.
